At Mehr-Baan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer size or product exchanges subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items after inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Items without original packaging
